About Us

Tim Livingood

It can be said that Tim has been around the block, although that doesn't mean he's been anywhere else! A preacher's kid who, after a lifetime of musical performance, writing, and hacking out a meager existence, is sneaking up on retirement. With an advanced degree from University of Tennessee in Counseling Psychology, a bit of elbow grease, and much trial and error, he built three highly successful businesses with his wife, best friend, and business partner Deni.

Lately, he has come to realize that work isn't all it's cracked up to be. Sure, it was necessary (and enjoyable, mostly), but now he wants to carve out more time to play, hike, travel, spend time with family. It's a process, but he's getting the hang of it.

Deni Livingood

If ever there was a type-A personality, wrapped in a beautiful package, it is Deni. She's not hyper, but she's not happy unless she's productive. A rolling stone gathers no moss, right? She's a financial whiz and the reason Tim and Deni's three corporations have no partners or business loans to pay off. It just doesn't get more solid that that.

Once a fitness director, personal trainer, and yoga instructor, she now expends most of her energy on her second grandson; a redheaded one named "Woody" - and loving the animals who wander through our Colorado property. Add a little wilderness hiking to this mix, and you have a fair picture of her.

Our Kids

Well, they're all grown now and in different parts of the good ole' US of A. Tim and Deni are proud of them and enjoy having a loving family. From the eldest on down:
Ken White, Bridgette King, and Courtney Stehlik.

Best not to forget Bridgette and Courtney's husbands, since they help make their wives a success: Jaime King and Cody Stehlik — Better sons could not be found!

Grandkids

Two handsome dudes.

Ryan "Little Man" Davis was the original apple of Deni's eye. Still is, of course. He's grown now; found a beautiful wife and added a couple of dogs. Sounds domesticated, doesn't he? Only thing he doesn't have are kids and a white picket fence. Maybe later. Doesn't matter how old he gets; he'll always be Nana's "little man".

Fast forward 22 years to the little redhead. Yep, that would be Max "Woody" Stehlik. He lives next door to Tim and Deni and accounts for around 70% of Deni's shopping and mental time. They pick him up early from school 2-3 days a week and hang out with him until mom and dad get home. Every other Friday, it's a sleepover with Nana and Poppi. Boy, are they lucky!
